My husband wanted to be able to swim regularly without getting wet elbows. This is such a great exercise that he missed out on because his previous swim cap was too small to stay in place. You know someone else thought about it. THANK YOU SO MUCH! That's great. He has a lot of hair (shoulder length) and we've grown BIG, not very big. I'm glad we did! Lots of room on top of the cap for his hair and a good fit on his forehead/band.
