I have changed my rating of this product because of the company team's dedication to your satisfaction. The keyboard is well designed for this small iPad. It's very well done. The problem I'm having is related to my daily workflow. I use a large keyboard with my iMac, MacBook Pro, or iPad Pro every day. I type very quickly and don't have to look at the keyboard; As a result, I have an ingrained tactile keyboard memory. It's just too hard for me to switch to a small keyboard. They said they would either refund my money or provide me with one of their full-size lightweight Bluetooth keyboards. I reviewed Revain and found that they rate very highly. So I'm happy and looking forward to traveling to Europe next week with my iPad Mini 4 and a new lightweight full size keyboard.
