The Perfect Solution For Your Customer Relationship Management

I love that we have access 24/7 from anywhere! It's easy for users who aren't tech savy also like me or more experienced colleagues alike as well. You learn how to use CCRS quickly because there really isn't much you need training about (unless your new). We've been using this system since 2013 but nothing has changed except now its 2018 so not sure if anything will be updated by then? No major issues though just minor updates would help keep things fresh & up date which could maybe fix some bugs here nthere etc. Just an update might do wonders for all those "weird" problems people seem to come across when they first open their program lol ;).

  • Great customer service
  • Easy navigation through programs, tabs are great.
  • Customization options available very helpful once used many times before :)
  • Support is amazing fast response time with answers being given right away instead having us wait days at least until someone gets back around :)
  • Very user friendly software interface; it was almost self
