I am really impressed with this chair. I searched multiple websites and stores to find the right chair at the right price. The mesh back was a must because I don't have air conditioning and it gets very hot in the summer. I didn't want to hang myself by the skin. I need lumbar support because I have a bad back, it also needs to swing because I fidget a lot when I write. Something about the swing helps me focus. As for assembly, I'm pretty adept at assembling things, whatever, I probably assembled it myself. This chair was assembled in 20 minutes if that. The instructions were easy to understand and follow. The hardware is all steel, not the crappy aluminum that Forgein sometimes has. Plastic parts are also designed for high loads. Overall this chair meets my needs, fits within my budget and appears to be of excellent quality. back and tighten in a criss-cross pattern to leave some slack if you need to adjust the position at all.
