Easy to use interface with very responsive customer support team who will do their best to be there in under 10 minutes and resolve your issue or request immediately! It is not available for free trial which makes me somewhat skeptical about its usefulness compared to other products I've used like Zoom but it's definitely better than Pchome meetings that has terrible audio quality even when using Google Hangout. For quick one-off group discussions, this product works great. The ease of setting up rooms/groups easily without having to go through many steps and waiting for responses from people outside my circle was amazing! Also loved how easy is to create multiple groups - just drag them down as needed. Sometimes, it gets lagged and shows blank white pages for several seconds before showing back what you typed (like in Slack). Definitely worth trying. We mainly have small teams working remotely at times so we need a way to quickly get together for ad hoc discussions regarding projects and work being done. Group chat functionality allows us to do that while also keeping things private if needed and can't afford group chats to get leaked. As The ease of use for the software. It is so user friendly that you can get started with little to no training. I like the ability to use my phone number as the conference line. The software is constantly improving. I wish I could have more than one line to use. I wish there was a way to record a call and save it to the software. The software has made managing my calls much easier. I can now access my calls from anywhere. I can also use my phone to dial in to a call if I am in a meeting or on the road.
