Over the past three months I have tried three different facial massagers. This is definitely the best among them!Of the three, this massager has the weight and ineffable feeling of quality. It is pleasant to the eye as well as to the hand, and definitely to the face. The handle is made of metal--there's no cheap plastic anywhere on this device--and it comes with the rose quartz jade roller attachment on the end. ("Jade roller" is the sort of generic name of the mechanism, while "rose quartz" is what it is made of.) As far as I can tell, this is real rose quartz. It is fully smooth (no plastic seam, like with one of the other massagers I tried) and it stays cool, and it feels so refreshing! Two of the attachments are made of rose quartz, the jade roller and a convex eye massager. They are both wonderful for invigorating my skin and stimulating circulation, and their coolness helps me wake up in the morning. The 3D face roller is a more relaxing attachment, and the two diamond-cut balls can follow the contours of my face, reaching virtually all those facial muscles I didn't even know were tired or sore! The metal of that attachment warms to match the temperature of my skin and it creates a soothing massage experience. I love to use it at night before I go to sleep. It's a great way to unwind and it feels sooo good.The vibrating mechanism is in the handle, and that is where the AA battery goes. Just twist the end cap to the left to turn the unit on, and keep twisting it to remove the end cap and change the battery. For future improvements, a rechargeable handle would be wonderful! Aside from that, I have no complaints about this product whatsoever. I was shocked at its quality when I received it six weeks ago, especially for such a fair price, and I continue to be impressed by its performance. It feels amazing!
