I ordered a queen size mattress because I decided to upgrade to a queen size mattress. My mattress arrived earlier than expected which was great. As soon as the bed frame arrived I assembled it, opened the mattress box and put it on the bed... but the mattress was too small. I freaked out thinking I had the wrong size listed somewhere and after checking my orders three times, it turned out that I had received a full size mattress instead of the double size I had purchased. To be honest I was very angry but after contacting the company less than five minutes after the explanation they sent me the full size and I opened the box not knowing it was great to have the feeling that they believed me and immediately issued me a replacement, no problem. The full size mattress had to stay with me as it was not possible to return it after unpacking. I soon received the correct size which I ordered without delay. Now I'm using full size and let me just say wow. It's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, and having switched from a double mattress to a full mattress (although I actually switched to a double mattress), it's amazing to have the extra space to go my way . Because I sleep on both sides, the mattress hasn't sagged or straightened in almost a month. It is still very resilient, hard and soft. I even felt relief from my back and shoulder pain. It's also not very heavy as I can easily move the mattress when changing sheets. All in all, myself, two cats and a dog are very happy to sleep on this full size mattress and can't wait to upgrade to queen size. And even at full size, I look forward to falling asleep on my new bed every night! Would recommend this mattress to anyone who needs a new one. It's affordable, it's very comfortable yet durable, and the company's customer service is excellent!
