This scale is a huge improvement over the computer based scales I have used for many years. It was easy to set up with my iPhone 8 plus and after a period of getting used to it, the app provides all sorts of information. It also works as a dial when you're not opening the app, which can be handy. I'm used to smart scales showing muscle mass, fat, water and BMI; but this scale also reports lean body mass, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, skeletal muscle, bone mass, protein, and BMR. It also shows your score on a scale from below normal to above normal and gives a brief explanation of each category. This scale is good for those who want to keep track of their weight and more. I highly recommend.
