The overall system design is very flexible, with multiple options for both storage systems (both SANs and NAS), as well as networking solutions. While it's definitely more expensive than other vendors' offerings, I believe that the benefits far outweigh the price tag. It really does give you flexibility to choose your own solution rather than having to stick with one vendor. If budget allows, we use this product in our business so we can easily spin up additional servers when needed. We also have several different types of network configurations which helps us keep costs down by not paying licensing fees for each type of configuration.
