kit works great; Not sure about other reviews saying the bearings suck, but it even handles my 230lb weight. Installation can be tricky, but if you take the time to make sure everything is nice and secure (I mean RELIABLE), the cable will stand up to most adults. I also recommend wearing cut-resistant gloves when handling this type of product and wearing safety goggles for obvious reasons. There's a lot of tension during installation and you don't want her to get loose and stare at you. The kids love it of course; But again, check for loose screws and tighten regularly, like any device that supports a person's weight ๐
