I got this as an early present for my mother. I wish I could record her reaction when she opened the box. She jumped for a good 5 minutes. We finally have good French rolls, but they don't last long. As you can see, only inexpensive branded bread remains. My apologies for not having time to make a video when there is good fresh bread. They stay fresh both in and out of the plastic bag. All containers can also be easily opened with one hand. Biscuits don't last long in a biscuit tin either, as you can see. She loves this set. She describes it as "vintage, chic and just what everyone in the kitchen needs to keep bread and everything so fresh and give the kitchen that character too." I like it!"
