First, the light is bright enough for our evening golf cart rides around our pension complex. Second, a good wiring harness alone is worth most of the price. I gave these lights 4 stars for "easy installation" because the wiring harness has shielded flat spade lugs on the wiring harness for the two light connections, but the lamp only has bare wire emerging from the beautiful vinyl shade. I had some spare pin lugs and soldered them to the light guides (note: make sure you drilled a hole for the lamp cord large enough for the lugs to go through - I had to trim the sides of the lugs before soldering to accommodate reducing the width of the tabs to fit through the screen cable sized hole) and the rest was easy. I think they are bright enough for 4 wheelers and SUVs but not for driving. For our use on the streets of our community, once I get them right, they're excellent. The lens, body, wire quality and settings are very good and I recommend these lights.
