After getting startled and then tripping and tipping backwards while saddling up at the trail park, my big mare started to pull back every time we tightened the harness. I mentioned that she is BIG and breaks things. Two lead ropes and a drag line later I found this product and ho-li cow! I lunged her and she backed away about 14 feet until her sanity returned and nothing broke. The third time I saddled her she jumped a little in place but didn't budge. I'm not saying she's perfect, but she doesn't break anything now and I'm hoping that after a few sessions she'll start throwing her head up in anger again.
