I love that this is so quick to use; even if we aren't familiar with how our work flows look in Merlin or other software tools - just drag-drop tasks into different areas of your workflow! It's also very easy for someone who doesn’t know what they are doing but has heard about task management/project planning apps like these (or any) get up & running super fast by using some simple tutorials from their website! We're looking forward towards having more control over where items go next when assigning them due dates since its not always clear as far ahead projects will be completed at certain times.
In addition there was an option somewhere within one month ago which would've been great because now users have no ability to see project deadlines past 30 days out without logging off / reopening etc.. So hopefully something gets fixed here soon :). That.
