A worthy offer for this material. Worked well for lubricating the main o-ring on my Jandy pool filter. I smeared it onto the main o-ring after placing the o-ring in the groove. As a result, there were no leaks. Jandy says not to use lube on the main o-ring but my pool guy said it was fine. I also used Magic Lube last year and not only did the filter not leak, it seemed to hold the o-ring. When I used a paper towel to wipe the old wizard grease off the 2 year old o-ring, there was absolutely no blackening from the o-ring. According to my pool specialist, this is a good sign that the o-ring will be good for another year.
