5 stars for an original HP brand part. Unfortunately one of the cheapest Amazon "sellers" will charge you for what you see in the picture. HP branded product. You can get a brown box with a part covered with Chinese inscriptions. Very poor quality fake. So remember that regardless of the price, there is an original HP part and a cheap imitation. If you get the HP part you will be fine. If you receive a part that does not have the HP mark on or on the packaging, contact the seller immediately for a refund. The fake part we received the first time lasted 3 months. and then broke. The second order was placed when I became aware of this discrepancy and realized that a non-genuine HP part had been supplied. I hope this review helps you with your purchase.
