Arrived earlier than expected. Packed securely in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box marked "Fragile". The new screen works great and I'm so happy to have my computer back! The exchange was very easy thanks to the video on YouTube. Many thanks to LCD East Coast. I saved $$$ on this do-it-yourself repair.
