I connected the USB-C cable to the wrong side of the monitor and it wouldn't turn on. I contacted support and it was a little frustrating. They asked me to send a video of me connecting the monitors and then they said they would send me a cable. Now I understand, I just connected it to the wrong side. Use the connectors on the left! It's great to have a portable monitor when traveling to different places and the convenience of two screens saves time.
