Review on πŸ”Š Black Antec 73009 Bluetooth Speaker - Enhanced SEO-friendly Version by Monica Nixon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Portable sound for casual listeners.

Sometimes wearing headphones is either undesirable or impractical and a docking station is overkill, so it's good to have a portable wireless alternative. The SP Zero fits nicely into the latter category - if your expectations are reasonable. In my case, I like to listen to podcasts or audio books while lying in the bath or on the couch. The first scenario will not work with headphones, and the second is better without them. I found it easy to sync an iPad 3 and iPhone 5 to the SP Zero via Bluetooth, and its LED lighting and voice prompts were helpful in this regard. The sound and volume features are what you would expect from a device of this size and price range. While the SP Zero is great for podcasts and audiobooks, it doesn't shake the glass with power and bass. With that in mind, if you like melodies, it's best to relax with subtle music rather than party music. In terms of accessories, the SP Zero comes with a roughly 18-inch USB-to-Micro-USB charging cable (though no plug adapter, so I used my existing Kindle rig for charging), an equally short auxiliary cable, by two To daisy chain SPs Zero, a small clip with a snap ring o-ring so you can hang it anywhere, and a quick start guide booklet. The SP Zero is a basic Bluetooth speaker that's great for relaxed listening in relatively quiet environments. If you want to break free, you have to go further; Otherwise, this device is easy on the ears as well as on the wallet.
