We set up video cameras did identify one person, but the judge refused to issue warrants. I bought this fake camera. I mounted it on a pole that was in front of the dumpster and about 10 feet from the pole. A black wire is run the full length of the pole, going into the ground. It gives the distinct impression that the wire on the pole (whatever it may be) runs underground and feels on top of the camera tripod to provide power. Since I installed the camera, there hasn't been a single case of trespassing or unauthorized use!
