REVIEW UPDATE 7/5/21 After the company was kind enough to send me a new cable shortly after my first review, I was pleased with the mirror. However, it has been less than 6 months since I had this thing and it has already stopped working. I don't know if a fuse has blown or what but it's very disappointing as I like the mirror itself. During use, the light went out by itself and I had to turn it back on periodically. Yesterday it turned itself off and I couldn't turn it back on. I checked the connections, changed the cable, but still nothing. None of the lights come on. I was so excited about this mirror because of the great reviews about it. I noticed that some people had product failures after a short time and read the list a little more closely. I bought the correct power adapter as instructed by the seller and thought I was done, but when the mirror arrived the USB metal pin was bent. I could barely bend it back into shape, but the light occasionally flickers on and off. Disappointing because otherwise I would love it. It looks great on my dressing table and I love the light. Bad quality control.
