The product is good and the support is amazing
Kiki and her team went out of their way to solve my problem. Although I have had issues with the product, their commitment to customer satisfaction is clearly their number one goal. Remember, anyone can sell you a product, but the follow-up is what counts. Kiki really wants to be approachable. The only thing I can complain about is that they don't have an 800 number.
- Compatibility with different operating systems makes it easy to connect to different computers.
- The monitor backlight is too bright.
