Review on NextGen Technology for Personalized Streaming Video Experience by Chucky Hepler

It's easy to integrate with our existing infrastructure (including VLEs) so it was great that we didn't have any issues getting up & running quickly. I wish there were more options when setting rules - they're pretty limited compared to other platforms out there like Kaltura or Adobe Captivate Cloud Services. They are working hard at adding new features but can definitely improve their support of some older products/features as well! We use NGT primarily because its been around longer than many competitors such as Adobe CCS / SCC. The integration is very straightforward which makes onboarding employees much easier since most people know how video works already.
