Worked great and rid my hair of chlorine after swimming all summer. Swimming pool. I've tried vinegar and baking soda conditioners, many conditioners, but nothing has worked. Remembering how Malibu was treated when I was little, I decided to take a small pack instead of a whole bottle since I don't swim that often (I just got a chance to swim a lot last summer). It made a HUGE difference! Afterwards my hair was so soft and silky. I will say be very careful not to inhale that gritty stuff you put on your hair in the first place. Pouring it into my hand, I accidentally inhaled and coughed in the shower. So be careful (maybe don't breathe for a few seconds while frothing it up!). It has a chemical smell so be aware of that. I usually stick with more natural things but I really needed a deep treatment to get the chlorine out so I tolerated it this time. And it worked great.
