When we bought the dual sensor bundled with the hub, one sensor was placed in our office bathroom and the other was placed next to the drain pump hole, both less than 50 feet from the hub. routers. Downloading/installing the app was easy, although a bit confusing at first. Then link your app account with Alexa and create a procedure for each sensor to give an echo alarm when a sensor detects a leak.1. The fuel pump sensor kept going off. Had to move hub within 40ft to work.2. The sensor in the bathroom sent false positives every time someone flushed the toilet. The sump sensor was sending false positive alerts every time the sump pump was running until I moved the sensor a few feet from the sump pump opening. Is it a noise sensor again or a water sensor? 4. The Alexa Routine only configures one sensor at a time and sends alerts to only one Echo. I'm pretty sure this is an Alexa issue, but I'll have to guess where I'll be in my house (we have 3 levels and a mated boar, each with its own echo) when the leak occurs, or me must set up 4 identical routines Certainly clumsy.5. Not once, on every alert (and all alerts were false positives) in the last few days has the beep sounded. And not once have I received any push notifications on my phone.6. I am sending this package and trying another brand. I keep my fingers crossed for a much better result.
