The customer support team has been extremely patient, friendly and supportive through all of our questions over the past year. They are always quick with answers and very helpful. There was very little that I did not like about their services. We had a few small hiccups at the beginning as we made sure everything from servers to APIs were optimized correctly but these quickly went away once they figured out what was needed. Their platform is great! It is really easy to use and it allowed us to start accepting Bitcoin immediately after signing up. All of our transactions have gone smoothly since implementing this service and there have been no problems or issues when sending money in BTC. We don't plan on stopping using them anytime soon because of the seamless integration between Stripe Connect and their system. They offer a lot of different payment options including credit card processing via both VISA and MasterCard. You can even It's a very simple and easy to use platform. Their customer service is also very good. I have no complaints at all about their product or service. It's a very well managed and organized company. The only thing that I dislike is the fact that they don't provide any kind of support for iOS, which is something we are using heavily. We've been able to easily streamline and organize our payment processes with them.
