Great customer success & technical assistance
The Push Pad support team is extremely helpful and responsive, and they have easy-to-use templates for all major platforms including iOS and Android. If you need help getting set up or can't find an answer quickly, they will respond quickly and resolve your issue to your satisfaction. There are some minor quibbles with certain functions within the Push Pad service itself, but they were quickly taken care of by their support team. We have been able to use PushPad's services to effectively communicate with our customers through a variety of channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp).

- Very good template design options available which make it very simple when working across multiple devices /platforms like IOS , android mobile phones.etc..and also email messaging platform too..very quick response time whenever there was any issues
