Labelife Rhino Compatible Label Tape Review

I recently purchased the Labelife Rhino Compatible Label Tape for my industrial label maker and while I found it to be a good replacement for the Dymo 18444 tape, there were a few drawbacks that left me feeling somewhat disappointed. Firstly, the tape itself is of good quality and is made of durable vinyl which will withstand harsh industrial environments. It is also easy to install and feeds smoothly through my label maker. However, I did notice that the adhesive is not as strong as I would have liked it to be. The labels tend to peel off after some time, which can be frustrating and defeat the purpose of labeling in the first place. Another issue I encountered was with the sizing of the labels. The 1/2' width is perfect for my needs but the length is shorter than the original Dymo tape. This means that I have had to use more labels to cover the same area which can be costly in the long run. On a positive note, the Labelife Rhino Compatible Label Tape comes in a pack of six which is great value for money. The labels are also permanent, which means that they will stick to most surfaces for a long time. Overall, I would say that the Labelife Rhino Compatible Label Tape is a good replacement for the Dymo 18444 tape. It is durable, easy to install and value for money. However, the weaker adhesive and shorter length of the labels are noteworthy drawbacks that should be taken into consideration when making a purchase.

Pros
  • Economical and Convenient: The 6-pack of label tape refills offers an economical and convenient solution for large labeling projects, saving you time and money on replacement tapes. With its permanent adhesive backing, this label tape provides a secure and long-lasting label for all your labeling needs
Cons
  • Adhesive Quality: Some users have reported that the adhesive quality of the tape is not as strong as expected, which may result in labels peeling off over time, causing inconvenience and potential damage to the labeled item
