I wish you could give this product no stars. I bought this program from Best Buy last night. As soon as I had it at home, I installed it on my computer (laptop and desktop), problem 1, it doesn't recognize your iPod (whatever which one you have). to connect an iPod. Second problem: It kept telling me that I had to install iTunes and open it at least once. iTunes was actually open in a different window, but the program still didn't sync. Finally, after playing with this piece of shit for more than 4 hours, it opened up (but at the cost of deleting my entire library). Ultimately, this program sucks. It's piece or crap so don't waste your money unless you need $[.] paper weight because that's pretty much all it's good for. may be. You don't have to deal with all the headaches.
