I used the old tune tools and loved it. It worked great on XP and Vista, no licenses or anything so I could use it whenever I wanted to share music with friends. As soon as I had it at home, I installed it on my computer (laptop and desktop), problem 1, it doesn't recognize your iPod (whatever which one you have). to connect an iPod. I have two iPods and wanted to share playlists between them (my playlists are quite long and it takes a while to create them from scratch to create). I installed the software and it crashed immediately. Then it crashed 3 times, after that I tried to open the program. Finally, on the fourth try, it opened.
