I used the old tune tools and loved it. It worked great on XP and Vista, no licenses or anything so I could use it whenever I wanted to share music with friends. The old Tune Tools was very reliable and stable. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of Tune Tools 2.0. It just doesn't work. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, checked for patches, checked the tech support page (which consists of 25 FAQs) and the only way to contact Valuesoft is through the mail. No email tech support, no phone tech support almost makes you think they don't want to be contacted. Anyway, moral of the story: don't buy Tune Tools 2.0. It doesn't work and you will NOT get any help from the creators to make it work.
