Review on ๐Ÿพ Enhance Playtime Fun with the Petmate Attract-O-Mat Pet Tunnel by James Grindberg

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Each of our 5 cats loves this item. You even sleep on it.

I originally bought this (2007) thinking it would help our new long haired kitties dress up. Attracts some hair but mainly attracts cats that like to nap. At first only a kitten and an adult female slept side by side in it. And then, one by one, the rest of the gang stopped in front of them. Our largest cat, 16lbs, has decided it's better for her to sleep on it or between 2 adjacent ones to make it look like she's lying in a hammock. Our kittens love chasing each other indoors and these little tents are one of the obstacles to hunt. The daily sleep takes place alternately with each cat. The fabric seems to be falling apart but we've had them for 3 years now and they're still in great condition. None of our cats scratch him so that probably helps. One licked the cloth and I was afraid he would swallow it. I stopped this behavior and everything is fine. UPDATE February 2012: All our cats take turns going through two tunnels. They are placed inside or above depending on the outside temperature. The tunnels are quite worn out after 4 years of use. We bought our first ones from the pet store and just swapped them out this month because one of our cats decided to take them apart for fun. It wore out, it just sped up the process. I put a new one on the dresser and within 30 seconds the cat jumped in and curled up. We have 3 very large cats (14lbs and long/large) and we also have a small one. They all love these tunnels. (put on our clothes near the bird watching window)
