I am impressed. I got this set after reading the reviews and it really nice. All pieces ARE SS and well made. The scraper is stamped with a conversion chart, the cutters, all 5, are on any easy open ring and the mixer has a nice handle and a good springy feel. I am going to buy these sets for my daughters in law. Very nice! I would compare this set to one at WS (the kitchen gadget place in the mall) that was closer to 60 bucks! Great quality, great price!

It's a really nice stainless steel set with all the pieces usable to me. The stainless steel is very sturdy and I like the rounded handles on the biscuit/cookie cutters.

I was getting back into baking, when I realized I no longer had the tools I needed. The Hulisen pastry scraper, dough blender and biscuit cutter set filled part of that need. The scraper works great with my marble pastry board, and the dough blender let me cut in the lard for my baking power biscuits so they were light and fluffy. The biscuit cutters are sharp and sturdy and the blender makes cutting butter/flour so manageable. The surprise for me was the scraper. I use it for everything. It lifts cookies off a cookie sheet better than a spatula! I love the inch guide on the side, too. Well constructed and useful.

The dough blender only has four blades instead of the usual five, so takes longer to blend and the dough is in bigger pieces. Very sturdy, though.

I've used one of the biscuit cutters and the dough blender (but not the scraper yet) so far. Both items did their job well, and my biscuits turned out great. My only minor complaint is that the edges of the dough blender on either side of the handle are a little bit sharp and I worried I might cut myself while trying to get a better grip on the handle and gain some leverage while cutting in cold butter. I’m new to the biscuit game, but wanted my own butter cutter after using my mom’s wore one. The bladed one here works much faster, is much more satisfying than those type. The variety of biscuit cutters gives you everything you’d want; plenty sharp since you don’t want to have to twist while cutting biscuits (I’ve learned!). And the paddle for dividing dough is similarly sharp, and fits in my hand beautifully. I LOVE these.

I bought this because I got tired of cutting butter into my biscuit dough with a pair of knives. This is MUCH faster and easier with the cut-in tool. I purchased this ptoduct because of it's value and I was making biscuits for the first time. I was leary on the material and whether or not it would break at the handle or rust after washing. I am glad to say that this was a great purchase and breaking or rusting did not occur. Take care of the product and it will do the job. I haven't used them often but I am satisfied.

If you make biscuits, you need this! It's a great deal, great quality, and makes it so easy to get your biscuits mixed up and cut. The pastry cutter is very sturdy, as are the cutters. I don't use the scraper much (no need for my purpose), but it'll likely work well if you do need it. Just toss in the dishwasher.easy peasy!
