I’m new to the biscuit game, but wanted my own butter cutter after using my mom’s wore one. The bladed one here works much faster, is much more satisfying than those type. The variety of biscuit cutters gives you everything you’d want; plenty sharp since you don’t want to have to twist while cutting biscuits (I’ve learned!). And the paddle for dividing dough is similarly sharp, and fits in my hand beautifully. I LOVE these.
