I just received the product and I have to say that I'm delighted. It's extremely sturdy and the cutters especially have a professional look. I was looking for biscuit cutters in specific sizes that were really deep, since I like to make extra high biscuits. These fit the bill, and the little handles on top of the cutters make them that much easier to work with. I got the set thinking that I might use the dough scraper and dough blender, even though I already have a scraper - the added cost wasn't much. I'm so glad that I did because the scraper is really nice and the cutter it super sturdy. I typically don't use a cutter because I like to use very hard butter and it usually bends the tines, but these are extra strong. There's a plus; each cutter has the diameter measurements clearly marked, which is great. Plus, the scraper has a ruler with inch measurements on one side, and centimeters on the other. PLUS, it has some handy conversions on it, like cup, oz, ml equivalents. Bottom line, I couldn't be happier with this set, it would make a great gift!
