Exactly what I was looking for.

I was getting back into baking, when I realized I no longer had the tools I needed. The Hulisen pastry scraper, dough blender and biscuit cutter set filled part of that need. The scraper works great with my marble pastry board, and the dough blender let me cut in the lard for my baking power biscuits so they were light and fluffy. I'll most likely only use the 2 3/4 in cookie cutter, as the others are all too small for what I would make. But over all, the stainless steel is bright and shiny and easy to clean, the scraper's sharp edge perfect for the marble, and the blender, marvelous.
