I've used one of the biscuit cutters and the dough blender (but not the scraper yet) so far. Both items did their job well, and my biscuits turned out great. My only minor complaint is that the edges of the dough blender on either side of the handle are a little bit sharp and I worried I might cut myself while trying to get a better grip on the handle and gain some leverage while cutting in cold butter. I haven't used any other dough blenders, though, so I presume that could just be a hazard of this type of product.The handles of the biscuit cutters are easy to hold and feel sturdy, and it cut the biscuit dough cleanly with ease. They come with a clip to hold them all together, which is really convenient.I ran all items through the dishwasher before I used them and they came out looking exactly as they did when they arrived.No complaints.
