I can't bake, cook, or do anything domestic if my life depended on it. Thank the heavens my partner is a culinary genius. So when she casually mentioned she wanted to make homemade biscuits but it was too difficult without the right tools, I went straight to the internets to research the perfect thing to make both our lives happier because clearly biscuits = happiness. The Hulisen set is AMAZING! She is able to whip up some serious dough within minutes easily, quickly, and uniformly. The measurements on the sides make everything so quick and easy, the grips are great and sturdy, and it cuts the dough as if it were made of fluffy clouds. I'm usually on cleaning duty, so I will tell you it is super easy to clean and after 8 months has yet to rust, so super durable as well. I can say with 100% certainty that this set has made our marriage happier because, again, biscuits = happiness, and Hulisen has been part of that. Highly recommended.
