SUPER happy with the QUALITY

EXCELLENT quality pastry tools! Every kitchen needs this level of quality for baking pastry, biscuits, cookies, pie crust, bread & more. The bench knife (dough scraper) actually has an edge with measured markings on it. SO handy for creating uniform sized baked goods. The cutters are sufficiently sharp & heavy enough that they slice through dough without needing to twist them (enabling a high rising southern biscuit). The bench knife slices through dough with ease and scrapes the surface perfectly. Also each piece has a well designed handle that makes using easier & cleanup a snap!
