Not much but they soften my hands well
My hands feel comfortable and I no longer have wrist and back pain when I hang my hands on the table. If you're looking for an easy and affordable way to support your arms and back at the table, look no further. I've only had it for a week but there is no sign of peeling or flattening yet. In any case, I only needed 4ft of the 30 they provided, so worst-case scenario I can do it all over again. Highly recommended.
