After a lifetime of rashes and pimples - and not in the best places - my dermatologist found a rash. It turns out that I have neither itching nor psoriasis; I have "contact dermatitis" caused by an unnoticeable deodorant ingredient commonly referred to just as "fragrance" and am irritated by other common deodorant chemicals. I was ordered to change anything I used to clean or scent; everything that comes in contact with my skin with this Vanicream product as a starting point. He literally changed my life. Like all antiperspirants, it doesn't sweat or stink. But unlike any other antiperspirant, I don't get acne on my skin. Hallelujah.
