I buy two or three cameras a year. I doubted this camera because it doesn't have image stabilization. But I recently took it to Europe and got some great shots in churches and museums. I set the ISO to 800 and got very clear handheld shots. The size is fantastic. Very light and small. Live view works great although focus is slow. Focus very quickly in non-live view mode. In order to explore all the options, you will have to spend quite a bit of time. But in most cases you can learn how to use the camera in about 5 minutes. The menu is very extensive, so some options are difficult to follow. But most competitors at this price point don't even have those deep menu options. Highly recommended.
