This item is too big. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, 5" 8" tall and 210 pounds. The amount of stretch is amazing, I thought it would be snug on my Nellie and fit me better later, but it might end up becoming loose. I was able to retrieve the environment with no problems. I don't have big hips or buttocks so this might be an issue for some. The pregnant woman sits comfortably almost even a little looser. Due to the material, you may sweat a little. It doesn't shine through, so that's not a problem either. Overall I would buy another but on average
