Completed work on tools and equipment

I spent two days trying to get the crank out. I ordered this tool set. This tool took 30 seconds. Restoring the front of an old jeep will come in handy.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

They got the job done when others failed

Very good kit for very difficult ball joint work on a Land Rover Discovery. This worked when other methods failed. Big fork, especially with air hammer. requirement for this job. I recommend this set and at a great price.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Negative

Works great with ball joint and tie rod tools

Used to replace stretch rods on a Dodge I love that there were different sizes so I could choose the perfect one for the job. I bought one from a large auto parts store a few years ago and it didn't hold up when I hit it with a hammer. This one is definitely more durable and affordable.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Some bugs

Did the job. Cheap. Saved me $

I replaced the upper and lower ball joints and the inner and outer wishbone tie rods. A lot of people complain about these breaks, but instead of prying them open, you hit them with an air hammer or hit them with a big hammer. I have done both. We started with an air hammer and used a sledgehammer to separate them all. Cheap tool but may never be used again. The product has held up well for me.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Saturday lifeguard. - Tools and Equipment

04 Chevy 1500 4x4 it works. Three sizes make this set so great. They also arrive quickly and are cheap. Some people are concerned about crumpling the metal when hitting this tool with a hammer. When you use a hammer, that's what usually happens with most tools. With this tool I switched up and down a page in 3 hours compared to 10 hours without. Recommend other tools: percussion gun, circlip pliers.

Pros
  • Excellently Made
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Great garage set!

Big investment when replacing suspension components or removing A-pillar brackets (and disconnecting control arms). It would be better if there were thicker forks, if only for wedging stuck hinges. I used a thick adjustable wrench flat against the aluminum strut post while inserting the yoke between the ball joint and wrench to pull out a particularly stuck nipple. Went like clockwork.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Making me angry

Don't go broke buying Tool Cart Tools.

This is insanely cheap money for the number of times you will use it. I use it daily at a professional level to disassemble cars and trucks and so far it hasn't exploded in a jackhammer. Of course, I could spend five times as much on any of the three main tool carts, but let's be honest - we all make money and we don't give a salary to a tool cart.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Decent Quality - Threading issue

This tool seems to be of decent quality but the main downside is the threads on the handle. The handle is only fully screwed into 1 of the 3 nozzles. It reaches about 1/2 inch and then stops. I am afraid that the thread will be damaged more when I use it. Other reviewers have spoken about similar threading issues. Good enough that I'm going back to try and get one that works properly.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Anything I can add
