I received an unknown branded product with no mention of a lifetime warranty in the booklet that came with it (specifically why I bought the OrionMotorTech product) and also lacked a matching manufacturer part number and the worst of it. the item was clearly marked DO NOT USE an IMPACT IMPACT KEY on the body which was omitted from the picture shown to an online buyer and is exactly what I would use but this is also not mentioned in the OrionMotorTech product description. After reading comments about threading issues, I applied synthetic lubricant to the shaft threads prior to use.
