Ugh! Out of a pack of 30, only 17 are safe to use. Most useless ones have a very jagged edge that is not covered by a protective shield. Others that are useless either have a piece of plastic on the blade or a bent/misplaced blade guard. Creepy! I wouldn't want to try them for fear of tearing my face and leaving scars. Some of them even have a fused plastic coating all over the blade.
