Review on 🍣 Off White Complete Sushi Making Kit by Joseph Hall

I made my first two large sushi rolls with this set on Friday. Delicious. Recipes used that I found online. The tools include ways to create multiple different shapes and two sizes. Instruction booklet was awful, nice photos but mislabeled tools and incorrect repetitive instructions, random errors, very confusing. I'd like a roller, albeit plastic, in the kit (not required, but you can use it to make inverted rollers - rice without seaweed). All in all a very good investment but throwing away the manual is more of a disappointment than a help. And also buy a baking tray (bamboo or plastic) if you want to make sushi with rice on the outside. PS MAKE SURE TO USE REAL sushi rice which is hard to find in grocery stores or you will regret it. Highly recommend the "Sushi Cookbook for Beginners" available from Revain.
