Fail and keep reforming!

I had another opportunity to try one of the POWERNET products. This time we test their versatile FOAM-TECH balls. So we've had these balls for a week, barely enough time to determine their durability. However, my 3 boys and I probably beat them 150 times or more and each time they got back in shape. At least some of the 3 balls got back into shape much quicker than the rest. I'm not sure which is correct, but there were some inconsistencies. I have seen similar products on the market, also known as safety balls. Prices are everywhere, they seem to be on the higher end of the price spectrum, but I've always believed that good money is better spent once. We hit these balls hard right off the tee, they came straight and hard. I'll try to upload a super slow motion video of one of them so you can see how well they work. POWERNET always delivers well-made and attractive products, so it's no surprise. I give them 4 out of 5 stars due to the discrepancy from one ball to the next in how quickly they bounce. But to be honest, it didn't make any difference in performance from one to the other.

Pros
  • STRONG; These versatile Foam Tech balls won't break like regular plastic balls; They are soft but regain their shape immediately after being whipped; Soft foam core surrounded by a durable outer shell
Cons
  • unreliable
