I love the taste of blue raspberries so I'm glad this is an option! A very effective pre-workout supplement. I definitely felt the harmless tingling sensation that the container warns about. It has a slightly sour aftertaste, but still goes well with blue raspberry flavor. The container is sold by weight so don't be surprised if you see it's only half new. The only cons I can think of for this product are: 1) Price - $2 per scoop 2) Foamy - don't shake too vigorously. In general, it is VERY foamy! 3) Dust Cloud - Definitely creates a dust cloud when thrown into your bottle (very glad their protein doesn't). If you can afford it I think it's worth a try! It is definitely effective and the downsides are few other than the price. I have a feeling they could do a little bit better. Too bad they didn't sell it in a larger size for a better price.
