I would say they are not easy to put on right away but after a few uses they are great and easy to put on. They not only protect my hands from dryness, but also from HOT WATER. I'm also talking hot because we don't have a dishwasher right now, so that's a godsend. I need hot water to know I'm actually washing my baby's bottles and our dishes. My husband also put them on one day (a hassle as hands are larger) but no holes, no breakage. Pretty decent and long so far. I plan to buy more so I can have one for cleaning and other chores.
